An extremely well-done look at Mac OS X. Worth reading both as an example of how good ideas don't always start out that way, and how tech journalists, even the most intelligent of them, can sometimes be off the mark. An especially great read for those of us working on a long-term project, be it tech, journalism or something else entirely.
